Certified across Workday and UKG Pro, with enterprise implementations at organizations of 5,000 or more, she has spent her career at the intersection of HR technology, operations, and growth strategy.
She has an uncanny ability to see around corners — identifying market shifts and technical risks before they hit the radar. That instinct comes from living inside the exact systems and pain points Atteniv is built to solve.
Reliable, sharp, and almost always right, Heidi is the go-to-market engine who knows exactly how to get things done. From brand engineering to HR operational excellence, she turns complex challenges into high-velocity growth.

Coulten Davis
Coulten built Atteniv from the ground up, and the platform reflects exactly who he is as an engineer: precise, scalable, and ahead of the curve. With a background spanning full-stack development, system administration, network security, and AI workflow architecture, he brings a rare end-to-end command of the entire technical stack.
He specializes in designing agentic AI systems, privacy-compliant data architectures, and the kind of actionable analytics infrastructure that turns raw signal into real decisions. As the master architect of Atteniv's presence detection engine, he transforms complex data into high-performance, autonomous workflows that don't just process information — but act on it.
